Tech Wholesale is a technology wholesaler working with resellers, refurbishers and organisations that need dependable volume supply. The business grew out of a simple idea: buyers should know exactly where a device came from, what condition it is in, and what was done to it before it shipped.
Our team combines warehousing, technical testing and compliance experience. Every intake is recorded, every device is tested against a written checklist, and every outbound shipment carries the paperwork to match.

Our Commitment To Quality
Quality is not a final inspection step for us — it is built into every stage of handling. Each device passes through a defined, repeatable refurbishment workflow, and every stage is recorded against the unit so its history can be reviewed at any point. Devices that fail a stage are held back rather than pushed forward.

Intake & Verification
Every unit is booked in against its purchase documentation, serial-logged and checked for provenance before it enters the workflow.
- STEP 02
Data Erasure
Storage is sanitised to recognised data-erasure standards, accounts and locks are cleared, and an erasure record is retained for each device.
- STEP 03
Functional Testing
Devices are run through a written diagnostic checklist covering power, battery health, display, audio, cameras, ports, wireless and input.
- STEP 04
Repair & Part Replacement
Units that fail testing are repaired using quality-checked components, then re-tested from the beginning of the diagnostic checklist.
- STEP 05
Cleaning & Cosmetic Grading
Each device is cleaned and graded against a consistent cosmetic standard so condition is described the same way every time.
- STEP 06
Final QC & Packing
A second technician performs an independent quality check before the device is packed with protective materials for onward shipment.
